• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; later cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings – we are not liable for loss, theft or personal injury during the stay.

• We reserve the right to refuse bookings if house rules are not respected.

• Smoking inside the apartments or on the boat is strictly prohibited. If smoking does take place indoors, we are obliged to charge a fine of €500.
